Your vibe is on the way! Once your order is printed and dispatched (usually within 24-48 hours), you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track it in real-time through our Tracking Portal.
Absolutely! We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders over ₹499 across India. For orders below that, a standard shipping fee of ₹49 is applied at checkout to ensure your vibe arrives safely.

Returns & Warranty
We stand by our vibes. Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Because custom cases are uniquely crafted for you, they are non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. If that happens, just send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll ship a replacement for free!
Yes! We use industrial-grade UV printing that bonds directly with the case material. It won't fade, peel, or scratch under normal daily use. Your vibe is built to last.
