Phone Case Compatibility:

  • You are responsible for selecting the correct phone model and case type
  • We provide detailed compatibility guides, size charts, and specifications on each product page
  • We are not liable for incorrect orders placed due to wrong model selection
  • Check your device model before purchase using our compatibility checker
  • If you order a case for the wrong device, return/exchange charges may apply

Custom Phone Cases:

  • Custom cases are made to order based on your design specifications
  • Once manufacturing begins (typically 24 hours after order), cancellations may not be possible
  • We will inspect all custom cases for quality before shipment
  • Design approval must be confirmed before production
  • Refunds for custom orders are subject to our discretion

Availability:

  • Products are available while supplies last
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time
  • We are not responsible for product unavailability or out-of-stock items

5. Pricing & Payment

Pricing:

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We are not responsible for pricing errors (e.g., typos, system errors)
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund

Taxes & Charges:

  • Prices displayed may not include applicable GST or other taxes
  • Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and are shown before checkout
  • You are responsible for all applicable customs duties for international orders

Payment Methods:

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on printYourvibe (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, code) is our property or licensed to us
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our written permission
  • Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws

Your Content:

  • When you upload designs, images, or other content to printYourvibe, you retain ownership of your original work
  • You grant us a license to use your designs solely to manufacture your custom phone case
  • You represent that you own or have the right to use all designs you submit
  • You agree not to upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

Copyright Infringement:

  • You agree not to use printYourvibe to upload, distribute, or sell copyrighted materials without authorization
  • This includes copyrighted images, artwork, trademarks, celebrity images, and branded content
  • We reserve the right to remove infringing content and terminate your account

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use printYourvibe to:

  • Engage in illegal activities or violate any laws
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, or defame any person or entity
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or our servers
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access our website
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
  • Upload obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Engage in price manipulation, fraud, or deceptive practices

9. Product Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns:

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • The product is defective or damaged
  • We shipped the wrong item
  • The item does not match the description

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom phone cases (unless defective or wrong item shipped)
  • Personalized or made-to-order items
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items damaged by courier (customer must report within 48 hours)

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number
  2. Provide photos/videos of the product condition
  3. Obtain return authorization and shipping address
  4. Ship the item back at your expense (unless it's our error)
  5. We inspect the returned item
  6. Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after inspection

Refund Policy:

  • Full refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days from our approval
  • Return shipping cost is customer's responsibility (unless it's our error)
  • If you return a custom item due to our manufacturing error, we cover return shipping

Damaged/Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damage
  • We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund
  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective items

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

Limited Warranty:

We warrant that products will be:

  • Free from manufacturing defects
  • Made with quality materials
  • Delivered in working condition

This warranty is valid for 30 days from delivery for manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from external factors (heat, moisture, impact)
  • Custom designs that you approved

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Product performance or suitability for your device

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • printYourvibe is not liable for damages exceeding the amount you paid for the product
